The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes sourced from our family-owned Feliz Creek Ranch in Hopland. This beautiful vineyard allows us to produce a wine with bright aromatics, featuring notes of lychee, Asian pear, and kumquat. The grapes were whole cluster pressed and cold fermented to preserve these vibrant flavors. On the palate, you'll discover tropical notes of melon and passion fruit, complemented by hints of garden herbs and crisp acidity. The finish offers subtle notes of lavender and gooseberry with refreshing minerality. This wine pairs well with fresh seafood, salads, or light pasta and is best served chilled.
