
2023 Chardonnay
Campovida means “Farm + Life”, a reflection of our roots, our values, and our passion for what’s real. We’re a small winery with big dreams, dedicated to crafting wines that are as authentic as the land they come from.
Our Chardonnay grapes are grown at our family farmed Feliz Creek Ranch in Hopland. Harvested at peak ripeness on September 22, 2023 (23.8° Brix), the fruit was gently crushed and pressed to stainless steel. Throughout fermentation, we stirred the lees often, building the richness and texture of a barrel-fermented Chardonnay while preserving the bright, fresh character that stainless steel brings.
Aging: 10 months on lees in stainless steel for depth and complexity without oak influence.
