Chardonnay is one of the most widely planted and recognized grape varieties in the world. It’s grown in numerous wine  regions across the globe, including France, CA, Australia, and New Zealand. Chardonnay is also known to be one of the  most food pairing friendly wines! From seafood, pastas, salads, and even poultry and cheese. Our Estate Chardonnay  is fermented in stainless steel and finished in neutral French oak. This style of fermentation creates a style of  Chardonnay that is crisp, clean, and fruit-forward, with minimal influence from oak aging. Our Chardonnay exhibits  notes brioche, cantaloupe, and pineapple. It is a medium-bodied white that pairs beautifully with mild cheeses, ceviche,  and crab risotto.
