Our Sangiovese hails from the "Ancestors Block," a five-acre plot certified organic by CCOF and cultivated since 1992 at an elevation of 550 feet. This vintage presents as a medium-bodied, well-rounded red, boasting a velvety texture. Initial notes of fresh spices, roasted peppers, potpourri, and leather unfold upon swirling. Its lively acidity harmonizes seamlessly with supple tannins, rendering it an ideal companion for a variety of dishes, including grilled lamb, mushroom risotto, and margherita pizza.
