Winemaker Notes:

The nose displays notes of lemongrass, sweet basil, green banana, all of which comes from the Sauvignon Blanc. The Semillon grapes contribute to an undertone of of melon and honey. This light to medium-bodied wine displays good roundness that is balanced from the high level of natural acidity.
