2015 Chardonnay
Winemaker Notes:
The nose displays notes of ripe red apples, crème brûlée, with a hint of baking spices. This medium-bodied wine shows a good balance between viscosity and acidity as well as displaying a lengthy finish.
Vineyard Notes:
Chardonnay is a white grape varietal that originated in the Burgundy region of France and is planted in more wine regions than any other grape. Our Tres Patas Chardonnay comes from a vineyard located at the south end of the Ukiah Valley. Tres Patas is named after their three-legged dog and reflects the three principles of the vineyard owner and manager Dave Koball. The three principles are: equity, economic and environmental responsibility.
