2015 Chardonnay
Winemaker notes:
The nose displays notes of freshly cut green apples and pears, with a hint of lime and kiwi in the background. The mouth shows remarkable minerality with natural aidity that contributes to a crisp and bright finish. This wine is a tribute to Chablis.

It is one of only four vineyards planted in this fascinating area that is ideal for producing Chardonnay with high acidity and a crisp finish, similar to northern Burgundy.
