The nose displays notes of freshly cut green apples and pears, with a hint of lime and kiwi in the background. The mouth shows remarkable minerality with natural aidity that contributes to a crisp and bright finish. This wine is a tribute to Chablis.
The Oppenlander Vineyard is managed by fifth generation farmers, and is located in the cool climate of a town of Comptche, just 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
