This small lot of Sauvignon Blanc was fermented cold and in stainless to keep it nice and bright.  Always wanting for a little more aromatics, 1% Pinot Gris was blended in lending a little of its' pink hue. This wine packs a punch with bold aromatics and a strong personality. Aromas of honeydew melon, passion fruit, and hints of lemon balm herb and white flowers.  Notes of marzipan also grace the nose with this wine.  The palate is creamy but doesn't let you forget that it's a Sauvignon Blanc with bright acid and a touch of lemon zest.”
