Winemaker Notes:

The nose displays notes of lime, green pear and fennel with a hint of thyme in the background. This light-bodied wine exhibits great elegance and refinement on the palate with a good level of natural acidity that contributes to a bright and crisp finish.

Vineyard Notes:

Spirit Canyon Vineyard is a seven-acre, organically farmed vineyard located five miles north of the town of Hopland along the banks of the upper Russian River. The location provides ideal conditions for growing white Rhone varietals that need a long growing season to fully develop flavors and aromas while still retaining natural acidity.
